ESL ecologists are licensed to work with a wide range of protected species and whilst we regularly undertake small, quick turn-around jobs, we also have the capacity to carry out large-scale, complex projects requiring large teams of surveyors.
ESL now has nearly fifteen years experience of protected species work, including initial surveys, providing advice on potential ecological constraints, devising mitigation, obtaining Natural England/Defra protected species licences, carrying out major habitat creation works, writing habitat management plans and translocating or excluding protected species.
Our senior staff fully understand the importance of protecting your programme, and are always available to advise you on your project requirements.
